SERMA at Chopped for CHOP 2023

SERMA is co-sponsoring Magna Legal Services’ Annual Competitive Mock Trial fundraiser “Chopped for CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia)”. "Chopped for Chop" is a two-day program, beginning with a micro panel workshop and followed by a dinner reception.

The next day is Magna’s competitive mock trial. The competition will feature four trial attorneys who will go head-to-head in a mock trial setting to present their best case to a panel of judges made up of claims executives and corporate counsel.

After each phase of the trial, the judges will vote and CHOP one lawyer from the competition, leaving one ultimate champion at the end. The attorneys will be competing to win up to $20,000.00 in donations made in their firm’s name to CHOP.
